Shipping & Returns

Sales Taxes 

We are required to automatically charge and withhold 10% Sales Tax for all orders delivered within Australia. The customer shall be solely responsible for applicable Sales Taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other address.

Returns and Credits.

We may accept the return of merchandise, ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION. Notification of the request to return stock must be received within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Returns must be authorised either by Head Office or your relevant Sales Representative.

Filing of claims will be our responsibility, and the credit will be applied to your account or a credit card in Australian dollars.

Damaged  Merchandise

Any stock received damaged will be refunded or credited, following authorisation from Head Office or your Sales Representative, within 7 days of receipt of goods. Filing of claims will be our responsibility, and the credit will be applied to your account or a credit card in Australian dollars.
